An Nguyen Services Company Limited (ANS) is a legally registered one-member limited liability company in Vietnam, holding Business Registration Certificate No. 0105904771, issued by the Business Registration Office under the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi.
Our principal business activities include:
- Travel agency services
- Other transportation support services
- Airline and railway ticket sales agency services
- Other tourism-related services in accordance with Vietnamese law
As part of our airline ticketing business, ANS has entered into an Airline Tickets Issuance Service Contract with a General Sales Agent (GSA) representing Bangkok Airways in Vietnam. This partnership enables us to provide professional Bangkok Airways ticket booking and customer support services through our travel agency operations.
How Our Booking Process Works
The website www.flybangkokairlines.com is owned and operated by An Nguyen Services Company Limited. It is an independent travel agency website designed to assist customers with Bangkok Airways flight bookings.
The booking process is as follows:
Step 1
Customer submits a booking request:
- Search available flights
- Request a quotation
- Confirm passenger information
- Select payment method
At this stage, no ticket has been issued.
Step 2
Our travel consultants review your booking
- Passenger information
- Flight availability
- Fare rules
- Travel requirements
If any information requires clarification, we contact the customer before ticket issuance.
Step 3
Ticket reservation is processed
After booking confirmation, our ticketing team processes the reservation through our airline ticketing network.
Depending on the airline and itinerary, the reservation is completed using professional airline reservation systems.
Step 4
Ticket issuance
Once payment has been confirmed, the reservation is finalized, and an official Bangkok Airways electronic ticket (e-ticket) is issued.
The passenger receives:
- E-ticket number
- Passenger Name Record (PNR)
- Flight itinerary
- Fare information
Step 5
Passenger receives the e-ticket
The passenger receives the official electronic ticket via email.
The booking reference can be used to manage eligible services directly with Bangkok Airways where applicable.

Pricing Policy
The flights ticket price is inclusive of:
- Based fare (air fare)
- Taxes
